If you’re anything like me, you probably love snacking. Snacking is great because food is awesome and also it keeps you fueled and ready for the rest of the day. It can be so easy to just move towards the junk food instead of finding a healthy snack, so I thought I could share some of my favorite healthy, vegan snacks.
I Heart Keenwah
Heart Keenwah Cranberry Cashew Quinoa Clusters, 4 Ounce Bag (Pack of 3)
I recently discovered these quinoa clusters at my local grocery store. They caught my eye because the brand name made me laugh. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to tell people how to pronounce quinoa. My mom still can’t say it! But fun and helpful brand name aside, these things are awesome! Totally vegan and full of chia seeds, quinoa, and other super foods that are great for you. Plus they’re totally delicious.
Apples and peanut butter
Adams Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 26 oz
This is probably my favorite thing in the whole world to eat, seriously. All you need to do is cut an apple into slices and take a bunch of peanut butter and get to dippin’. It’s delicious, and way good for you. I recommend a brand like Adams (or even making your own) because other brands will add sugar and other ingredients. Adams is 100% natural and literally only has peanuts in it. That’s it.
Hummus and veggies

I am straight up addicted to hummus. You put a bowl of hummus in front of me with some fresh veggies and I absolutely cannot be stopped. Actually, anything with chickpeas is pure magic. It’s also great with pita bread. I even put it on my veggie burger today and was not disappointed. We should all just be eating more hummus, honestly!
